Here is a sample of deshaker at 1080p.  I think this filter needs more work, there are a lot of settings left to tweak.

I found a free software package called deshaker.  It appears to be doing a good job.

Day 1 Fells Point video test results

What do you all think? Is this too bouncy to be effective?  I think my shock can't handle cobblestones.  Good thing most trails aren't cobblestone.  Ignore the audio, on the final ones I will do a voiceover.  Tomorrow I am going to make a longer version of a test video:

• Fells point to Dickeyville
• The video will have a map overlay
• The video will have an altitude graph

Quick Explore Day 1 - Testing

I had a great day at Joe's bike shop.

• Doug's Image stabilization equipment has been installed
• Barometric pressure corrected altimeter installed. 
• Cadence sensor installed
• Speedometer installed
• New front and rear brake pads (my 2nd set)

I did two test rides. The first one failed miserably.  The second one went pretty well and i took 7 minutes of test footage up aliceana street and through the cobblestone of fells point.   We won't know what the video quality is until 4 hours of rendering have been completed.

Time spent today - 7 hours

We won the ignition grant!

At ignite Baltimore #5, we won the ignition grant.   Time to get to work.
